I would like to take this opportunity to express my most heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the past 22 years of excellent service by, Roger, your service manager. Never, and I mean never, was there a time when he did not give me the most acute attention TO DETAIL and follow-up with a timely call that my vehicle was ready. I learned he has retired but please know because of him we will continue to patronize your establishment and recommend to neighbors. I am truly at a loss of a great friend and a most professional and knowledgeable person. People like him are hard to find. Take care Roger and thank you from the Burke family. We will miss you!

Paul- I will make sure that Roger gets to read this note. I will as well be here if you need me.

Eric and the team by all accounts have done a great job on my daughters 2004 Honda Civic. The car has nearly 118,000 miles on it and needed a complete service which was completed on time as promised and at a reasonable cost. My daughter has already commented how much better her car runs! Thank you!!!

Had an oil change for my SUV. Next morning there was oil on the garage floor. Drove back to Bob's and they made it good...no cost to me! Feel that this station is honest, very good to work with, especially Eric.

There are far too many mechanics/garages that are more than willing to take advantage of motorist that don't know the first thing about an engine or other car parts. However the guys at Bob's are honest, actually caring and willing to offer a discount when the bill is getting out of control. They will receive all of my future business and with luck, my parents and anyone else I can convince also.

I brought in my 2002 Le Sabre with 271,000 miles, to see if there was a problem with the AC. There wasn't, but they mentioned a code came up that my tranny clutches were getting very thin, and should trade it in when I get home, Filer, Idaho. No charge! I kind of took their advice, I got on Craig's list and bought a 2002 Park Avenue with only 92,000 miles, but wasn't running quite right. I had them service the tranny and they cleaned the Map Sensor, which took care of the problem, plus I had them do a brake flush and tranny flush. I go to Spokane, twice a year, and if I need anything done, it will be done @ Bob's Service Center. Great customer service.

Eric was helpful and courteous. When I had to return a week after work was done on my car, he diagnosed that the original work done missed something and he was honest about this and did not charge me anything extra. I appreciate that.
