Spokane Auto Repair

I brought in my 2002 Le Sabre with 271,000 miles, to see if there was a problem with the AC. There wasn't, but they mentioned a code came up that my tranny clutches were getting very thin, and should trade it in when I get home, Filer, Idaho. No charge! I kind of took their advice, I got on Craig's list and bought a 2002 Park Avenue with only 92,000 miles, but wasn't running quite right. I had them service the tranny and they cleaned the Map Sensor, which took care of the problem, plus I had them do a brake flush and tranny flush. I go to Spokane, twice a year, and if I need anything done, it will be done @ Bob's Service Center. Great customer service.

Eric was helpful and courteous. When I had to return a week after work was done on my car, he diagnosed that the original work done missed something and he was honest about this and did not charge me anything extra. I appreciate that.

My first visit, and I've found my new mechanics! The repairs I needed were all explained to me very clearly. They let me know what needed to be fixed immediately and what I could delay repairing. They got me in on the spot and had my car ready in the morning. Eric was great to deal with. He even gave me a ride home and came to pick me up in the morning! Love the service and my care is running great!

These guys are great...friendly fun to be around good atttitude toward the customer. They work fast and apologetic when they came across another problem...they did their darndest to get my van back on the road so I could get to work without any problems..and ready for more..THANKS A BUNCH SEE YA NEXT MONTH

This was the first time, but because they did a great job, were able to get an appointment for me quickly, treated me with friendliness and respect and the price was fair, it will not be the last. I will go back and I will spread the word.

I broke down 15 miles outside of Spokane on Highway Two..Triple A towed me to Bob's and we arrived just prior to closing..I met Eric, who was energetic and helpful..My car was ready the next morning. I have never had better service.. Larry Schreck Wenatchee

I am very satisfied with the service Erik and the mechanics provided on my 2000 Subaru, during the 90,000 mi. check. They found a couple belts needing replacement, and asked me if I wanted them replaced, which I appreciated. Thanks for you quality service! Linda

Eric, the service writer, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. When he called with the diagnosis he was able to explain what they did to diagnose the problem and while it wasn't the answer we wanted, he was able to explain what else they had ruled out before coming to the conclusion. Very Professional.
