Arrived for my oil change & they started work on my car even before I went next door for coffee! Speedy service & check on fluids, recommended return for some oil leakage (glad they spotted it!). Hooked my Subaru up to computer reading as my "check engine" light was on - speedometer work needed. Definitely will be return to Bob's for next work needed. Eric and his staff were terrific - made me feel they were very glad I gave them an opportunity to have my bisiness.

I have never received such quick service without an appointment before. I was kindly greeted by Eric, who kept me updated on progress and seemed happy to be at his job. The prices were higher than my normal mechanic, but it was worth it for such a positive experience. I watched the staff with other customers too and the level of service was just as high.
