Bob’s Mechanic truly went above and beyond when I was dealing with issues on my 2020 Cadillac, and I can’t say enough good things—especially about Mike. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just fixing cars. I’m so grateful for how upfront and transparent he was throughout the whole process—no pressure, no unnecessary add-ons, just real, trustworthy service.
