Eric, the service writer, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. When he called with the diagnosis he was able to explain what they did to diagnose the problem and while it wasn't the answer we wanted, he was able to explain what else they had ruled out before coming to the conclusion. I love the ability to pick up my car after hours at the service station. I am a childcare provider, I can't always get my car to a 9 to 5 place, so dropping my car on Saturday was a plus. Also, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
