Eric was outstanding by the way he listened and his good customer service skills. He assessed the situation, took action, found a solution to the problem and fixed it. He called me back within 3 hours of me dropping my truck off and notified me the work was complete. I would definitely recommend Bob's service center!!

I don't think I could say enough nice things about this shop. I have been in twice for repairs to my vehicle. The last time I was in I had to get a problem fixed that was an error on the part of a major dealership here in town. I was treated with the up-most of respect with my problem taken seriously. The manager made sure he got an appointment set quick to fix the problem. Its sad to say that integrity is a rare find when it comes to mechanics. This place has it!
