Bob's Service Center is a "safe" place for a woman to take her car. They are honest and smart. Never would they take advantage of a customers lack of car knowledge. They explain the situation in ways a woman can understand. Their quality of repair is fantastic. They stand behind their work. And they are great people to deal with. They keep my car running in top shape. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a coolant leak (Ford Escape) I couldn't discern on my own...Eric said bring it right in; right now (his words)!...mechanic greeted me when I first pulled into the garage bay with sincere care and eagerness--did not have to look around or find someone. Eric, Thomas, and others all VERY skilled and "know their science" as high-grade, certificated professionals. What is unique from others, I have found, is that when they talk to you, they give each and everyone, personal in-depth attention and will not pass you over for a new entry customer coming into their company. They listen to what you want and say. I call this "class" combined with technical expertise. Been a patron (...more like a patient) for over 20 years and never had a repair they could not fix or make right. Like time is frozen (?) Thanks again, Eric, Tom, and !

Thankful to have a place I trust to take my car into. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and thourough!

These guys are, hands down, the best in town! I have been taking my cars to them for everything from regular maintenance to larger repairs for the last 3 years. They are always upfront with me about what needs to be done and what I can wait on. I am a single mom that is on a budget, so this means a lot to me. The staff are super friendly and I always leave very satisfied with the work that has been done. Again- the best in town!
