My wife and I were recently in the market for a reliable used car for our daughter. Whenever we buy a used car, we always have it inspected by a mechanic to make sure there are no major problems. So, in addition to looking for a car, we also searched the internet for a good mechanic. We were able to find a few which had received good reviews. One of those was Bob's Auto Service. Once we'd found an acceptable vehicle, we took it to Bob's and were very happy with the service we received there. The mechanics (Thomas and Eric) were very nice and knowledgeable. While the mechanics inspected the vehicle, we met the owner, and he was very nice too. We talked for a few minutes and he told us that they had been in business at that location for 42 years. To us, this was a good indication that we'd made the right choice due to the fact that mechanics don't stay in business that long unless they run a good, reliable and trustworthy shop. The inspection itself was very comprehensive. They literally checked everything and provided a very thorough report. This provided us with the comfort and confidence we needed to move forward with the purchase. It's not always easy to find a good, reliable mechanic you can trust. We believe Bob's Service Center is one of those businesses. We don't live in Spokane. But if we did, we would take all of our cars to Bob's for service and recommend them to all of our friends.
