Superb service by mechanic, Thomas, repairing my power window motor in a Ford Explorer. I was so happy to see Eric, Service Manager, as I am convinced he was the most excellent choice by far to follow in the footsteps of the late, Roger, (God Bless him) in both car service excellence and personal courtesy sensitivity. Thomas and Eric are high caliber [learned] professionals with wit and acute knowledge, a valued commodity to say the least. I have patronized this repair center for over 20 years and the traditions of excellence just continue. Thank you again, all!

The communication was excellent. THEY ACTUALLY SAVED ME MONEY by only replacing actual broken parts and not just installing a whole unit. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable .

As usual, Bob's Service was excellent. Although very busy, he took in my vehicle knowing I was going on vacation and performed service that allowed me to travel with peace of mind, knowing my rig was safe. Having worked with Bob's Service for many years, I have yet to find fault with any work he has done for me. Highly recomend this facility to any one who desires top notch work. Currently, Bob's is keeping a total of four vehicles in my family performing well.

I was really pleased with the service at Bob"s. Thomas the service manager and Scott the tech. were both excellent at what they do. My alternator went out on my Subaru Outback. I tried to drive it to Bob's but the car died. Thomas sent a tow truck which arrived in 10 minutes, The problem was determined and a new alternator installed. This was on a Saturday.. Thanks for the great service
