Spokane Auto Repair

I was driving from Seattle, and the alternator went out. I called ahead from Moses Lake - I chose them because they were jeep-knowledgeable and AAA rated. They said if I could get there by 3 or 3:30, they could fix it. I limped in at 3:15. They said the water pump had gone bad, spraying the alternator. I had a warranty on the alternator, and they followed through with that. They kept the car overnight to await claim approval, and gave me a ride to my motel. The next morning, they picked me up, and I made my 10am meeting in a fixed car. Then I drove home to Seattle with no problems.

Bob's service center is my new go to place. Work on my truck was done fairly quickly and I was really happy with the timely progress updates. Thanks Joe!!

The "Service Engine Soon" light came on in my 2001 Ford Expedition. They took it in the same day I called and had it ready to go the next day with a new thermostat and coolant service.

This shop takes the business of auto repair as true Professionals. They don't advertise for a reason, their reputation speaks for it's self. Any bad review that comes across is only a customer who does not understand what it takes to run an auto shop. Their local, their good and they been around awhile.
