I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation of your new Service Manager, Aaron. He was very diligent to particular detail and most courteous both in telephone and personal interaction...and in my particular case of a Ford Explorer power seat repair, was tenacious to the end in locating scarce parts for successful resolution. I know he worked hard.... Additionally, he upfront advised of solution options, leaving final decision to the best interest of the patron. It is always a please dealing with Bob's Service Center. I can relax knowing that my car is always properly maintained.

I was nervous taking my car to a place to have an oil change and have everything looked at because I am tired of places that lie and just take your money especially for myself as a woman when I don't have a clue about cars. I would rather take a rusted knife and stab my eyeball then take my car to a automotive place and see a huge bill after they look at my car. This place was so honest and nice and what I need fixed is truly nothing! They took so much stress away from me! My car is a 2006 scion and pushing 130,000 miles and has never ever had anything done to it. I thought for sure I would get a huge list of things wrong with my little car and I didn't! Happy that I found a place to start taking my car to, to be maintained. The bill for the oil change was nothing. They even put windshield wiper fluid in! I was so excited ! :).

The staff is always friendly and knowlegable! The prices are comparable to other estimates for work to be done. So far so good!
