I come here for all my mechanic work and these guys have never steer me wrong .. great prices and fast service !! Grant and Aaron very helpful in my time of need!! Also Joe is awesome!!

The main reason my lil car is running as long as it is and as string as it is...is due to Bob's fine and complete care. Sometimes i dont want to hear my car needs this or that - never mind the cost -- but once its done...i am pleased and feel more secure that my car is in great working order. So thanx to Aaron and the mechanics who do all that hard work to ensure my car is in good running order. Plus its vital u make my dr appts and you helped make sure that happened.

I had a water pump failure on I 90 in my company vehicle. We have a ongoing project in Spokane but our shop is in Portland. I contacted Bob’s, explained to them that I had business in town but needed to return to Portland that day. The staff was professional, courteous and able to accommodate my request. I had an amazing experience at Bob's Service Center! It started with conversations with Aaron who was accommodating and helpful with scheduling my work. Then the Manager Grant was frosting on the cake!!! These guys are about taking care of their customers and they do it with fun and joy! They over quote their work and delivery deals! Such a pleasure to experience and they have a new customer. I have shared their information with two friends so far.

I was driving from Seattle, and the alternator went out. I called ahead from Moses Lake - I chose them because they were jeep-knowledgeable and AAA rated. They said if I could get there by 3 or 3:30, they could fix it. I limped in at 3:15. They said the water pump had gone bad, spraying the alternator. I had a warranty on the alternator, and they followed through with that. They kept the car overnight to await claim approval, and gave me a ride to my motel. The next morning, they picked me up, and I made my 10am meeting in a fixed car. Then I drove home to Seattle with no problems.

Bob's service center is my new go to place. Work on my truck was done fairly quickly and I was really happy with the timely progress updates. Thanks Joe!!

Bob's service was prompt, polite, and reasonably priced - good to know there is a great VW service center close by!
