These guys were very nice and I appreciated all of their help and their professionalism. My only complaint was that my car smelled like cat urine after I picked it up. I do not have a cat.

My heater blower went out and they squeezed me in to fix it before the temperature dropped into the 20s and I am very grateful.

Super friendly, answered all my questions. Waited for my car and saw that they treated all customers that came in the same way. Would definitely go back again.

Since many of us don’t understand auto mechanics, the customer management position requires a balance of mechanical knowledge and customer handling. It must be difficult to get the job done properly and keep the car owner informed and happy. Grant did an excellent job - he kept me informed and I felt fairly treated. And best of all, my truck feels brand new again. Great job guys!
