Bobs service center was very helpful and accommodating. I went there without an appointment on the road traveling West and my rooters and brakes were acting up . They were very helpful in squeezing my car in and the price was fair. I lived that they didn't try and have me do a bunch of other stuff just did what was needed and gave a few recommendations for later and sent me on my way within hours. Thank you very much Mike!!! You deserve a raise !!

The best auto repair shop experience I’ve ever had here at Bobs, the team members are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I brought in my truck for some work and they knocked it out in 20 minutes, and they were busy. Please support this business! Big shout out to these guys.

My car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Bob's Automotive. What a delightful experience. They were so responsive to my needs and got right back to me. It was a minor issue that they corrected and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. In the future I'll be using them for all my car needs. I had an amazing experience with Bob's Service Center. Had an issue with my cabin hvac blowing cold air. After an inspection they were able to break down some major issues they found and present them to me for review. We agreed on what needs to be fixed and they went ahead and serviced my vehicle. From the diagnostic they found my upper radiator hose was the issue and replaced it. Unfortunately after a few days my heat setting was blowing cold air, I scheduled another appt to have it looked at again. Grant was able to verify what the issue was (faulty blend door actuator) If you know Ford's that were built between 2008-2012 this is a common issue but the Ford recommended replacement time on this is costly for a $30 motorcraft part, In the thousands due to removing the entire dash to get to actuator that sits on top of the heat box. Unfortunately I did not have that done. Anyway I want to thank Grant on the communication to me about my F150. Highly recommend this shop!
