My car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Bob's Automotive. What a delightful experience. They were so responsive to my needs and got right back to me. It was a minor issue that they corrected and didn't even charge me. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. In the future I'll be using them for all my car needs. I had an amazing experience with Bob's Service Center. Had an issue with my cabin hvac blowing cold air. After an inspection they were able to break down some major issues they found and present them to me for review. We agreed on what needs to be fixed and they went ahead and serviced my vehicle. From the diagnostic they found my upper radiator hose was the issue and replaced it. Unfortunately after a few days my heat setting was blowing cold air, I scheduled another appt to have it looked at again. Grant was able to verify what the issue was (faulty blend door actuator) If you know Ford's that were built between 2008-2012 this is a common issue but the Ford recommended replacement time on this is costly for a $30 motorcraft part, In the thousands due to removing the entire dash to get to actuator that sits on top of the heat box. Unfortunately I did not have that done. Anyway I want to thank Grant on the communication to me about my F150. Highly recommend this shop!

Im more than 100% satisfied with the result of fixing my car at Bobs auto shop. I was amazed to see under the hood of my car looking like new. And the underneath of the car is so clean, including the cars wheels. My car drives so smoothly and engaging than before. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Truly, the people working there are honest and very professional in their own field.

They guys at Bobs did a great job of taking care of us dealing with some big issues with our cars. They were informative, real, and didnt beat around the bush in delivering the diagnosis. They even advocated for us with the warranty company. Thanks guys!
