I used to use both the dealership for my cars and Bob's but now exclusive to Bob's since I feel they take more time and care with my cars to ensure repairs and maintenance are done correctly. No dis on the dealership but from remarks made by staff at different times, felt like volume was key for them whereas the guys at Bob's take the needed time to ensure everything is done right at the best price possible.

My sun roof broke by being opened this winter when it was freezing and I was able to get it shut at the time but it make some very bad noise in the process. This spring I accidentally opened it again and it would no longer shut. With the big rains coming Aaron was able to get into the shop that day. The diagnoses was the track inside the sunroof was broken.... I had indicated that if they could get it shut and sealed I would be happy as I knew the expense of replacement was out of my budget. With the hour of diagnoses time along with another half hour to get it put back together and shut I was back on the road with minimal expense. They were able to pull the fuse as well so I can't make the same mistake again. All in all I received great service and for a fair price... they really saved the day!
