These guys were so patient and amazing I had brought my 91 chevy blazer in. And it of course was dead as a doornail. Grant(amazing customer service skill good hard worker) came out and we talked and came up with some ideas on what could be wrong. I was thinking headgasket Grant was thinking clogged line somehere. I left it up to him since hes a mechanic and boy was I not wrong in giving my car to these guys. They went beyond the call of duty lol and I'm so glad they got it back up and running. I was referred to Bob's from a long time local of Spokane. I brought my Saturn here the first time and Grant and his crew got me in and out same day, for me this is very important as im i Uber driver. So when my new car needed a wheel barring i took it right back to Bobs. These guys are professional, fast and awesome. And not having any mechanical knowledge i dont get that rip off auto vibe so many shops give off at all. If i could give 100 stars i would. Im a lifetime customer and will recommend to everyone who needs work done. Thanks guys.

Probably the best service center in Spokane. Grant and his team are 100 percent honest. There pricing is incredibly reasonable and on top of that they go above and beyond to ensure customers are safe and well informed.

I stopped in at Bob's Service Center to inquire about having my Lexus GX 470 transmission flushed. I was greeted by Grant Smith (manager) who told me about their Toyota certified mechanic, the process they used as well as the products. I felt both assured and comfortable so I set the appointment. After dropping my vehicle off, it seemed that it was only minutes that Grant called me to say the job was completed and I could pick up it up. I looked over the interior to make sure there were no greasy hand prints like I've found after services elsewhere....it was clean as a whistle! The transmission is smooth as silk! I was so satisfied that my wife suggested we should take her Subaru to them for the timing belt / water pump service. It goes in this Friday. Bottom line is this; Grant and his crew truly care about doing the job once and to your complete satisfaction! I enthusiastically recommend Bob's Service Center!
