I found Bob's Service a few years ago because of online ratings and reviews left by their customers. The reviews I read back then spoke of their honesty and fair pricing. I gave them a shot and I've been a loyal customer since. We've taken our vehicles there for all types of service from oil changes to engine issues to replacing a transfer case. They've been honest and CORRECT about repairs needed and advised us on maintenance that wasn't yet due to address. No pressure. No "up sales/job jack" ever! They're really good people.

From the fist phone call we knew that Bob's Service Center was the shop to perform the engine replacement. Grant was very clear on the work that was needed. Recommended a factory motor from GM with a warranty. Pricing was given over the phone and the motor was ordered that day. Through the process Grant & Mike gave details to reassure the work was moving forward. Within two weeks Mike called and told us the job was complete and ready for pickup. I would recommend Bob's for all your vehicle service needs. At time of pickup Mike was very clear of the factory warranty and that they would need the Van back in 500 miles to perform the break in oil change. Bob's also offers a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty for the work they performed. Thanks for a job well done!

BOB'S SAVED ME THOUSANDS! Would highly recommend this mechanic for pre-purchase inspections. I was looking into a vehicle that originated in New York. The dealership did not disclose ANY issues with the vehicle. The mechanics at Bob's told me not to move forward with it because they found horrendous rust and suspicious codes. They didn't even charge me for the inspection which was so generous and kind. I was bummed the car didn't work out, but so glad I didn't drop 24K on crappy vehicle. Thank you thank you!
